Q. Will I receive the exact same item as shown in the photographs?
A. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, slight variations in color, tone, and tiny air bubbles may occur. Please think of these as its own unique expression — one found nowhere else in the world.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
A. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. In the rare event of a defect or damage during transit, please contact us within 7 days and we will respond promptly at our own expense.

Q. How should I care for and maintain the artwork?
A. When needed, gently wipe the surface with a well-wrung, damp, soft cloth. Please avoid chemical cleansers, detergents, or abrasives.

Q. Could you tell me about the packaging?
A. Artworks priced at ¥50,000 or more are delivered in a handcrafted wooden box, made by our artisan.
