The terms of service for the NoelHatch official online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") are set forth below. By using our Store, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

    1. In the case of defective or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.

    2. As a general rule, we do not accept returns for customer convenience.

    3. Due to the handmade nature of our items, individual variations do not constitute product defects.
