  • Returns & Exchanges:

    • Defective or Incorrect Items: Please contact us via our inquiry form within 7 days of arrival. We will provide a replacement or refund, with shipping costs covered by us.

    • Customer Preference / Change of Mind: Due to the handmade nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. However, unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of arrival at the customer's shipping expense.

    • Non-Returnable Items:

      • Items damaged or scratched by the customer.

      • Used items.

      • Items past 8 days from arrival.

      • Natural variations inherent to handmade items (these are not considered defects).

  • Cancellations:

    • Before Production Starts: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering via our inquiry form.

    • After Production Starts: Due to the handmade nature of our work, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun.

  • Handmade Variations:

    • As each piece is handcrafted individually, the following minor variations may occur:

      • Size (approx. ±5mm)

      • Color tone

      • Texture and pattern

      • Weight (approx. ±50g)

      • These are not defects, but unique characteristics of artisanal work. Please enjoy them as one-of-a-kind pieces.
