[Refund Policy]
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, and unused. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
■ In Case of a Defect or Damage in Transit
Please contact us via our inquiry form within 7 days of receiving your item. We will promptly offer a return, exchange, or refund. Return shipping in this case is covered by us.
■ Returns for Personal Reasons
In addition to the above, we also accept returns for personal reasons — such as the item not matching expectations, or an incorrect size — within 30 days of delivery. In this case, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
■ Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items used or damaged while in the customer's possession
- Items more than 31 days past receipt
■ International Orders — Customs Duties
For international orders, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or cancellations resulting from a refusal to pay customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees, or from a refusal to accept delivery on those grounds. As this results in a loss equal to the full round-trip international shipping cost, please place your order with a full understanding of this policy.
■ Natural Variation in Handmade Items
Every item in our shop is made entirely by hand, one piece at a time. As a result, natural variation in color, texture, and size should be expected. These are qualities inherent to the piece, not defects, and we appreciate your understanding before purchasing.
■ Refund Method
Once we've confirmed your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
