■ Shipping Information
Orders ship within 1–7 business days after order confirmation, from our atelier in Sakai, Osaka.
As each piece is handmade, this may vary slightly depending on production status.

■ International Shipping (Individual Customers / B2C)
Available to: Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong
Packaging & Carrier
To ensure every delicate piece of art reaches you safely from anywhere in the world, all international orders are carefully packed in a special wooden box, handmade by our craftsman specifically for shipping. Delivery is handled by Yamato Transport's international courier service — one of Japan's most trusted carriers — through a careful, relay-based delivery network.
Shipping cost
Orders of ¥30,000 or more: Free shipping
Orders under ¥30,000: Flat rate of ¥5,000
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Depending on the destination country or region (e.g., Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore), customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may be assessed by the local customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Yamato Transport, or its local partner carrier, will handle customs clearance on your behalf, and any such charges will be billed to you directly — either at the time of delivery or afterward — in accordance with local law.
Please Note
We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or cancellations resulting from a refusal to pay customs duties or to accept delivery on those grounds, as this results in a loss equal to the full round-trip international shipping cost. Please place your order with a full understanding of this policy.

We package each item with care as fragile goods, and notify the carrier accordingly.
